What Are Non-Woven BOPP Bags?

These Bags are the perfect combination of non-woven polypropylene softness, flexibility and high tensile strength with high clarity, gloss and barrier properties of BOPP film. 

The 3-Layer Composite Structure

  • Spunbond Non-Woven Base Layer: The base layer is made of virgin polypropylene microfiber and bonded together thermally. This base provides excellent tear resistance, dimensional stability without dead weight. 
  • Extrusion Lamination Layer: Molten polymer film is extruded over the non-woven base to close the micro-porous base from the entry of dust, humidity and liquids. 
  • Reverse Printed BOPP Film: Before lamination, rotogravure artwork is printed on the reverse side of a transparent BOPP film. The image printed will not be damaged at any time during delivery since the ink is sandwiched between the film and non-woven base material.

Non-woven fabric can be non-laminated to absorb liquid or accumulate environmental dust. Load Capacity & Burst Resistance

The cross-direction strength of stretched BOPP film is combined with the stretch of non-woven fabric which makes these bags have high tensile strength. They will not split or tear at the corners or sides when placed under stack pressure or automatic handling.

How is the Non Woven BOPP Bags Waterproof?
A continuous Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film is laminated on top of spunbond non-woven fabric to seal all micro-pores, preventing the transfer of liquid water, humidity and air moisture to the internal contents.

Yes. Non Woven BOPP Bags are made of 100% polypropylene material which is recyclable. They are designed to be super tear, which means that consumers can use them for longer, decreasing the amount of single-use plastic consumed.
